Our QC lab is equipped with the most sophisticated state-of-art testing equipment which is engaged in monitoring and measuring of metallurgical parameters.
we use Micro Vickers Hardness Tester for checking Surface hardness and case depth of the case hardened job/test samples. For Micro structure we use optical image analyzer integrated with software which gives precise micro structure reports.
The customer requirements are met by means of inspection reports released by qualified and trained team of metallurgists. Evidence of conformity with acceptance criteria is maintained in each inspection report.
Heat Treatment Parameters followed by us are as specified by the Steel Manufacturers, NADCA & Other Internationally accepted standards. Several Jobs we heat treat are checked daily for metallurgical micro structure. This is the best certification for our processes.
